Cancellation Policy

🕒 Standard Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 15 days prior to check-in date

• Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking amount

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount

💳 Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

🔄 Modification Policy

• Date changes are allowed up to 15 days prior to check-in, subject to availability

• Rate differences may apply for revised dates

👥 Group & Event Bookings (Weddings / Corporate)

• Separate cancellation terms may apply based on the booking agreement

• Advance payments for events are generally non-refundable

⚠️ Special Conditions

• During peak seasons, long weekends, and festive periods, stricter cancellation policies may apply

• In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural events, government restrictions), management discretion will apply

⏳ Late Check-Out Policy

Late check-out requests are subject to availability and approval by the management.

• Up to 2 hours beyond the standard check-out time may be allowed complimentary at management discretion.

• Thereafter, a charge of INR 1,000 per hour will apply.

• Late check-out can be extended for a maximum of 4 additional hours only

Beyond the permitted extension period, an additional night’s room charge may apply.
